Returns
Consumable CBD goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as flowers and edibles. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@sweetleafhempfarms.com
Missing or Stolen Orders
We are not responsible for any customer errors on the shipping form or lost/stolen packages. Once orders are marked delivered by the USPS this becomes the responsibility of USPS/Customer. Although depending on circumstances in lost standard shipments marked “not delivered” replacements may be sent out or refund issued.
International Orders
International orders are accepted at your own risk. We are now able to take international orders using USPS Priority shipping only, as it offers the best layer of protection on overseas shipments. SLHF will be NOT be held accountable for international shipments being seized by customs or any order lost after leaving the United States. These products are all legal in the United States but the customer (and all consumers) will remain liable in abiding to the laws in their country on CBD, Hemp and Cannabis.
